What is Stav? |
Stav is an ancient Scandinavian tradition of spiritual development. Stav is founded on knowledge passed through centuries by many generations of people in an oral tradition. Stav is a way to understand reality that originates in the old pre-christian Scandianvian culture. Stav Stockholm teaches this tradition in the five areas of survival, craft, martial art, healing and magic; and a separate sixth: the ancient tradition of magic called Sejd. |
